Warehouse Associate – Lexington, Kentucky
ProLog is currently seeking qualified candidates for the job of Warehouse Associate in its Lexington, Kentucky distribution center. Qualified candidates will:
- Display the utmost in integrity and trustworthiness
- Desire to produce the highest quality work
- Be willing to complete a background check, drug screening and credit check prior to employment
- Have at least a high school degree.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and automated picking methodologies (e.g. RF handheld picking, carousel operation) is a plus, but not required. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
The essential duties and responsibilities of the job include:
- Receiving, unpacking, and checking inbound product and returns;
- Handling all inventory with care and following established guidelines (from both ProLog and Clients);
- Maintaining proper certifications, if required (e.g. ESD, material handling);
- Picking, packing and checking outbound orders or kits per Client requirements;
- Shipping orders utilizing RF handhelds, computers and related software;
- Utilizing and maintaining material handling equipment including carousels, hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts; receiving required certifications (e.g. OSHA forklift training);
- Ensuring inventory integrity; conducting physical inventories and cycle counts;
- Receiving, shipping and providing help as necessary for heavy and/or awkward items (a ProLog Warehouse Associate is required to regularly lift and/or move items up to 40 pounds. A Warehouse Associate is occasionally required to lift and/or move items weighing up to 75 pounds);
- Managing packing material supply;
- Kitting and assembling products per work order instructions;
- Providing data entry, customer service and administrative support;
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area and warehouse.

Customer Care Associate – San Diego, California
ProLog is currently seeking qualified candidates for the job of Customer Care Associate in its San Diego, California call center. Qualified candidates will:
- Display the utmost in integrity and trustworthiness
- Desire to produce the highest quality work
- Be willing to complete a background check, drug screening and credit check prior to employment
- Have at least a high school degree, although a college degree is desirable.
Knowledge of call center operations and a telephone selling environment (e.g. utilizing CRM tools) is a plus, but not required. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
The essential duties and responsibilities of the job include:
- Receiving in-bound telephone orders and placing orders in the computerized system; notifies customer of any relevant or requested order information.
- Identifying products that complement customer orders, and promotes those products to enhance Client sales.
- Managing inbound customer e-mail inquiries or requests on behalf of the Client.
- Adding value to any customer interaction by properly communicating the Client’s value proposition.
- Maintaining accurate customer information in the computerized database, including, but not limited to: name, address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address, ordering contact and any relevant license numbers.
- Noting all phone conversations and key topics of discussion in the computerized database.
- Performing liaison activities between customers and Clients.
- Updating customers on backordered items and expected delivery dates.
- Maintaining exemplary knowledge of the on-line system and training Clients on system usage and ordering procedures.
- Attending regularly scheduled product update seminars provided by Clients to enhance awareness of products and applications.
- Following up on all assigned leads from Clients, mailers, etc.
- Handling all customer complaints with professionalism; ensuring customer’s complaints are resolved effectively and quickly; involves other individuals or departments as required.
- Researching the status of shipments, orders or inventory through the ProLog ProWares system.
- Processing and schedules returns.
