As a supplement to its order fulfillment and warehousing operation, ProLog provides multiple services for inventory management and replenishment purchasing. ProLog works with its clients to develop reorder and safety-stock parameters that are then used in its automated system for placing client-directed purchase orders. ProLog also assists its clients with inventory control, including conducting physical inventories and executing prearranged cycle counting programs. In addition, with its on-line inventory control system, ProLog is well positioned to develop and administer vendor-managed inventory programs for its clients.
